The Pectoral Fly

One of the biggest things I’ve noticed is that we all share the same thought process when it comes to ‘The Gym’.

We’re creatures of comfort and habit, which means we stay within our comfort zones resulting in minimal progress towards our goals.

Years ago I would go to the Gym and just run. I was comfortable with running. However, I would not use any free or fixed-weight equipment through fear of getting it wrong or from the all too common concept of not wanting to ask a silly question.

This video focuses on setting up the equipment for the Pectoral Fly. Many of us will be hitting the gym for the first time or after a break during COVID and we will likely focus on equipment that is more familiar to us. The truth is the only silly question is the one not asked.
